Dreammakers’ goals are focused on providing diverse services to the community in the areas of personal and professional development. Some of our programs include Possessing the Land, a nontraditional school assembly focused on violence prevention; God's Workout Plan, a gospel hip-hop based program promoting healthy physical and spiritual living; Temple Guards, an abstinence only education program; Ever After, A Healthy Marriage Initiative, and DREAM TECH, a creative learning technology program.

Providing the community with the tools and skills required to function properly in this technology driven society will reposition Jefferson County’s low-income to alter the make-up of poverty stricken communities. From one-on-one instruction to our workshops and classes, we specialize in innovative and experiential curricula. We serve primarily low-income and at-risk youth in the Birmingham Metropolitan area in educational development, media literacy, and workforce development. It is our intent to ignite a digital resurgence in Jefferson Cou nty, AL while building assets, deterring delinquent behavior, and instilling hope for a successful future beyond poverty’s grasp.
